The Mandala app integrates Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques with insights from psychology and neuroscience to address the challenges of modern life. These difficulties stem from factors like excessive competitiveness, attachment to material possessions, status, and fame, as well as misconceptions about true happiness. The profound teachings of Buddha on transforming our perspectives for a happier existence remain relevant today.
From reshaping our mindset and self-perception to managing emotions, the Mandala App facilitates aligning our daily lives with our deeper values and aspirations. It features a compelling array of talks and discussions with experts covering various subjects such as stress management, resilience building, empathy cultivation, and fostering healthy relationships to aid in discovering inner peace and fulfillment.
The expert panel includes individuals like Dr. Thupten Jinpa, Daniel Goleman, Kelly McGonigal, among others. The app also presents guided meditations for calming the mind, enhancing focus, and cultivating mindfulness. Users can progress from foundational meditation practices to more advanced levels and access purpose-specific meditations.
Furthermore, the app provides opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals in the community, participate in discussions, set intentions for goal-setting purposes, and utilize the Digital Beads feature for meditation while on the go. By joining the Mandala community, users commit to living consciously and purposefully.
Subscription Plan:

<li>Upon download, users receive an introduction to the app and can preview most of the content for 30-40 seconds at no cost. This includes video lectures, expert conversations, meditation guidance, discussions on 'Buddha the Psychologist,' events, and publications.</li>
<li>Subscription options include:

 <li>Annual Subscription at US$ 24.99 or equivalent.</li>
 <li>Half-yearly Subscription at US$ 13.49 or equivalent.</li>
 <li>Quarterly Subscription at US$ 6.99 or equivalent.</li>

A subscription grants access to all Mandala App content—videos, audios, texts—and all updates released during the subscription period. Interactive features like My Community, Open Forum, My Intentions, Digital Beads, and My Library require users to create profiles within the app post-subscription.
Payment is charged to the user's iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before expiration unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours ahead of time via iTunes account settings. Cancelling a subscription does not result in refunds for the current billing cycle; instead, users maintain access until the cycle concludes.
